On reading your introductory letter and its reference to the lack of progress in the negotiations which you have been part of, I can only conclude that we may expect more of the same. That is, nothing. No progress. Same expensive yet meagre contract, only now we have the added threat of losing domiciles. Thanks for nothing.
So if this is the case, why don't you do the right thing, seek release from mediation and plan for an immediate strike.

One more thing Cap'n H: As far as us "negotiating individual deals"..............what are you talking about? Do you mean the non-voted side letters that ALPA cooked up which caused even further financial distress to some of us? Do you mean the ridiculous methodolgy used in paying out retirement compensation...that which benefitted senior, young pilots? Or do you mean abiding by the contractual option of accepting junior manning assignments? Now that the IRC has been put to rest and we live under an injunction from the court, is this your new secretspeak? Please enlighten us.
